MHFA Training

We provide Mental Health First Aid training accredited by Mental Health England. It gives people the tools to support their own mental health and that of their colleagues and encourages them to access timely support when needed. Our MHFA trainers have lived experience of mental ill-health. They are thriving professional speakers, certified trainers and authentic advocates for mental well-being. We have trainers from all walks of life and professional backgrounds, who have overcome neurodiversity, OCD, discrimination, Addictions, Anxiety and Depression.
