Understand the importance of ingesting enough protein, fat, carbohydrates, micronutrients, water and other fluids. What the essential carbohydrates are for fuel and recovery and how to replacement glycogen and fluids post exercise. We discuss how much protein you actually need and the most efficient ways to get it – whether you are vegan or eating meat. This workshop includes take away recipes for pre and post event meal planning and a discussion around specific sport requirements in terms of nutrition.
