From stress awareness to LGBTQ and ADHD we provide a comprehensive resource for classes, workshops, events, inspiring speakers and content that allows you to build relevant awareness programmes for your people.

Awareness Days, weeks and months to support mental, emotional health, physical health, diversity and inclusion.

We develop bespoke packages to complement the initiatives you already have in place or provide flexible plans that contain everything you need for acknowledgment, learning, awareness and celebration of these important dates. You can pick and choose from themed workshops, classes, motivational speakers and promotional content. We create one-off events to annual plans for each theme you wish to acknowledge and celebrate.
