Whether you’re approaching menopause or already in it, this workshop offers guidance on managing physical, emotional, and mental changes effectively.

Women going through menopause are the fasting growing demographic in the workplace which means 8 out of 10 menopausal women are in work. 45% of women surveyed by the British Menopause Society thought their symptoms had negatively impacted work performance. Which can translate into reduced performance missing promotions and leaving their jobs. Research shows many women choose not to divulge their menopausal status at work for fear of discrimination, or unconscious bias. Many women are not aware of the different stages such as peri-menopause and the debilitating effect that menopause can have – but it doesn’t need to be that way.

Menopause is a transformative stage in a woman’s life, and it’s essential to navigate it with knowledge and self-care. This workshop is designed to provide valuable information, practical strategies, and support to help women embrace this life transition with confidence, vitality, and well-being. Whether they are approaching menopause or already in it, we provide guidance on managing physical, emotional, and mental changes effectively. We discuss nutrition, exercise, medical and holistic options for the relief of symptoms as well as how to navigate social stigma. This is a warm, positive and educational workshop.
