Breathwork

It takes six breaths to take the body and mind out of flight and fight into rest and digest. Breathing is the first and last thing we do in life and in the importance is now recognised in science. We provide evidence based breathwork workshops, delivered by accredited, experienced trainers. Delivered on-site and virtually, backed up with a tool box of video content and assets for practice.



Learn breathing techniques to increase overall vitality and strengthen the respiratory system. Breathwork is proven to reduce symptoms of anxiety and insomnia, lower blood pressure and cortisol levels as well as supporting emotional balance.

Teachers are trained in Pranayama, Kundalini, Wim Hoff, Butekyo and Alexander technique. If that sounds confusing, don’t worry we take care of the hard part – all you need to do is breathe!
