Former ballet dancer Wendy benefited from Pilates after several knee surgeries and subsequently decided to train as a Pilates teacher - it was the best decision she ever made!  With 12 years experience she enjoys teaching fast-paced classes whilst tailoring exercises to ensure they fully benefit her clients. She is very experienced working with seniors as well as those with a variety of injuries and likes to incorporate and rotate different equipment into her sessions.
