With over 18 years teaching experience Deanne has completed further training in yoga for children and special needs as well as pre and postnatal yoga. She was inspired to advance her training as a Doula and has now supported over 50 parents through this unique experience. Deanne encourages mindfulness in your practice whilst offering something new and challenging each session.
Lon specialises in women’s health, fertility and pregnancy. The basis of all her classes is to become aware of the breath and to integrate breath with movement. Lon is renowned for her warmth and makes all students feel welcome, whatever their level of experience. Lon has been helping women prepare for pregnancy, birth and motherhood since 2008 and feels very passionate about this time in a woman’s life.

What should I expect?
We move at your pace and fully support you. Expect immediate benefits in your mood, appearance and posture, starting right after your first session.
What do I wear?
Wear clothing that doesn't restrict your movement or breathing: gym gear is fine or comfortable shorts/trousers and a t-shirt.
Do I need equipment?
All you need is space to lay a mat, we provide the rest.
How do I choose the right teacher?

Do I need to choose a style of Yoga?
No - we help you find the right style for you: that’s why we call it “My Method”. Our teachers often blend several styles to suit the individual. It will all make sense once you get going!
Can I share my sessions with a friend?
Yes – we know that some some of you prefer privacy and others prefer the added commitment and social side of sharing.
We offer sessions for two at the same price as one, making this a great value option for couples or friends.
